What will be at The Great Notts Show 2016?

We are celebrating our 5th year of The Great Notts Show this year and we cannot wait for it all to get under way and for everyone to help us celebrate in style!

The event, sponsored by MANGO, Central College, Leaders, Robin Hood Energy and Deliveroo, is all about celebrating the great city and county that we all live and work in and it all takes place in the Old Market Square and surrounding areas.

This year’s Great Notts Show has a fantastic array of food stalls selling everything from hog roast, Mexican cuisine, Caribbean cuisine and mussels. But let’s not forget the sweet stuff! There will be fudge, chocolate, cakes and more.

There will also be a range of different cheese stalls, coffee companies, free range meats, organic vegetable boxes and sauces that you can pick up and enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

With a range of bars as well, there is certainly something for everybody at the event. You can get a nice cold beverage from our Bus Bar, a tasty glass of wine from The English Wine Company, a real ale from Flipside Brewery or a refreshing Pimms or Prosecco from the Pimms Bar.

But what’s a bar without live music? There will be live music every day of the event, which has been set-up by I’m Not From London. The live music will feature some of the best local talent and you’ll be able to enjoy them from 10am – 6pm every day and on Friday and Saturday until the extended time of 11pm.

That is just a small snippet of what you can expect to see at this year’s Great Notts Show! The added bonus is that the event is completely free of charge to attend.
